7000 people and counting…

For the past 10 years Sheila and I have been focused on helping you and others (7,000 and counting) have great, high quality, affordable AIM mission trips. This has been done while serving as the director of Sun City Missions under a local church ministry model.  Our district leadership and AGWM has now asked us to bring our ministry of quality, short term mission trips to the national level and broaden our influence to more of our AG churches.  

God has called us to work even closer than we already have been with the AG World Missions Department, the National Youth Department and our missionaries on the field. We are now missionary associates ourselves, having completed our school of missions during the summer of 2007, and are excited to serve you in our new leadership roles. Being a national based ministry with AGWM, we are able to provide an undivided focus on your missions experiences and relationships. This was not possible under the local church ministry model and in resigning as director of Sun City missions, there have been new opportunities afforded us to better serve you and our missionaries around the world.

The vision of this new work has been so clear and empowering that the leadership team you have come to know and work with has asked to continue serving as a part of this new ministry. 

We all join together and invite you to walk with us on the path…to different countries, cities and towns sharing the good news about Jesus and a God who loves each person there.  On the path…to new un-reached areas and some old familiar places.  On the path…to lay hold of the work God has for you and I on the field.

Many of you have become close friends through our conversations and serving together on the field these last 10 years.  Several of you have been called into missions.  Each of you has touched the lives of others.  7000 people have walked with us on the path…let us continue the work he has set before us.
